You will get the chance to rethink your purchase up to 14 days after your buy. Mind you, it is very important that the item
is complete and that it is firmly packaged. Items that are damaged or incomplete cannot be exchanged or paid back.
Customized items also do not apply, they can never be paid back or exchanged, not even within the 14 days cooling-off period.
Sending the item back is at your own risk. The best way to do so is by recorded delivery so that you have proof of your sending.
You will be reimbursed within 30 days after sending the parcel back (this reimbursement does not include your shipping costs).
